Principles of choosing contractors | |||

- priority of public procedures on choice of contractors (open tenders with invitation of all potential contractors);
- measurable and well-defined evaluation criteria, optimal quality and price ratio (qualification criteria, commercial terms);
- equal conditions for the third persons within the confirmed procedure of contractor choice.
Announcement of open tenders depending on the nature of the tender are published in the central or regional mass media, business or specialized media, including electronic mass media (Internet resources, news blocks of the news agencies).
