Maxim Andriasov has been appointed as the JV LLC "Kersher" General Director
Maxim Andriasov, who had previously been the General Director of the Open Joint Stock Company "TNK-Stolitsa" (city of Moscow), has been appointed as the manager of the TNK-BP retail business in Ukraine.
"We have very extensive plans on the development of the proper fuel stations' network in Ukraine, — Sergey Lizunov, LLC "TNK-BP Commerce" President, has noted. — During the next five years the Company intends to build 300 to 400 fuel stations in the country, which will work under TNK and ÂÐ brands. I am happy that, at this very important stage, we will be able to rely on the knowledge and expertise of Maxim".
Maxim Andriasov graduated from Moscow State Oil and Gas Academy after I Ì. Goubkin, with "Development and operation of oil and gas fields" major. He started his labor activity at "Stolichnyy bank zberezheniy" (Capital savings bank), in the city of Moscow. Mr. Andriasov has been working in the Company since 1998, supervising projects on the oil products' sales. He is one of the most experienced managers of TNK-BP in arrangement of fuel sales and logistics.
From 2000 till 2002 Maxim had been the Head of the EFI "TNK-Ukraine" Marketing and Sales Department (city of Kyiv). He has been at the very beginnings of launching of TNK brand at the Ukrainian market and formation of the largest jobber fuel stations' network in the country. He has also been supervising a number of extensive infrastructure programs at TNK-BP retail business, including the ones, related to acquisition and integration of retail assets. He has contributed a lot to the development of projects in the field of fuel cards and logistics. From 2005 and until his appointment to the position of the JV LLC "Kersher" Manager in autumn 2008, he had worked as the General Director of the Open Joint Stock Company "TNK-Stolitsa" (Moscow).

JV LLC Kersher — retail trade of oil products through the network of proper and jobber fuel stations, as well as the fuel stations' management; and
CJSC LINIK (The Lisichansk Oil Refinery) — processing of crude oil and production of oil products.
The first fuel filling complex of TNK-BP in Ukraine was opened on July the 9th, 2004 in Kyiv. This fuel filling complex under TNK brand has become a flagship in the project on implementation of modern standards for complex retail offers in Ukraine. In June 2008, in the Ukrainian capital, the Company opened the first multifunctional fuel filling complex under the world-known brand of ÂÐ.
At present TNK-BP in Ukraine owns 50 fuel filling complexes, and the jobber network of the Company includes more than 200 fuel stations.
