Only at our fuel stations
The fuel stations network in Ukraine pay more and more attention to improvement of their service management. In the first line it is connected with change of the nature of the competition at this market. Several years ago the traders cared more about development of the networks, increasing the quantity of fuel stations. Now there are so many fuel stations that though it is yet too early to speak about saturation of the market, but in many places the competition between the fuel stations closely located to each other is very sharp. Furthermore, slowly the aspects of the competition are changed. "When different traders have the same product to supply, – believes LLC "ŇNĘ-Sales" Marketing Director Nik Ugarov, – the only thing which can significantly differentiate the participants is the quality of the service they provide". "While defining the standards we accepted the expectations of our customers as minimum of what we wanted to reach. However, we raised the level much more than the buyers themselves. The process of visiting the fuel stations of TNK network is regulated taking into account the existing legislation and internal procedures of the company. At the same time we have a task to suggest our customers more than he expects. There should be distinct orientation for high-quality service and a system of corporate intolerance to bad service independent of the position of an employer who renders this service", – says Nik Ugarov. - Quality is a well coordinated team work, where there are no unimportant details".
