One of the items of optimization of the work of fuels stations is establishment of strict record keeping and control of amount of the oil products at all stages of their movement – from the petroleum storage depot to the car’s tank. At present the biggest progress can be seen at the stage of record keeping of the fuel at the fuel stations by way of use of electronic level meters. Mainly big Ukrainian companies such as TNK-Ukraine became pioneers in application of new technologies of control and record keeping.
