Lawyer of Trading House ŇNĘ-Ukraine: “This company is not a monopolist at the wholesale market of oil products”
The "Trading House ŇNĘ-Ukraine" is not a monopolist at the wholesale market of the oil products and conducts a competition fight, - says the representative of the company, lawyer Anatoly Jobolda. He announced this at the public hearing on Wednesday dedicated to the competition situation at the oil products market. Anatoly Jobolda noted that apart from the company he was representing there were another 26 major participants operating at the wholesale market of the oil products. He as well underlined, that the company's experts had information about some insignificant fluctuations of the price dynamics at the market. He believes that there won't be any radical fluctuations since it is not possible that one company would be selling gasoline at an expensive price and another - at a cheap price". Anatoly Jobolda as well underlined that significant competition at the market was supported by the fact that the Trading House was spending about 7% of the gross revenue for keeping its positions.
