The article of the People’s Deputy, representative of the Communist fraction of the Parliament Vasiliy Sirenko. According to his opinion one of the most outrageous examples of the mass plunder of the citizens is exactly the situation at the oil products market. “Having sold for nothing the common property of the people – national oil refineries – the State is just unable to balance the situation at the oil products market. The situation at the oil products market is a consequence of reckless privatization of the Ukrainian oil refineries with a huge number of law violations. One of those oil refineries is the Lisichansk Oil Refinery”, - says Comrade Sirenko. He underlines that there are enough legal grounds to return LINOS to the state property, however the questions (about participation in the competition of two connected persons, about hundredfold price reduction of the property of the oil complex of the Lisichansk Oil Refinery, about ignoring of the court decisions and of the rights of the creditors by the State Property Fund of Ukraine) still remain unanswered”. “That’s why on May 18 I submitted the corresponding inquiry to the Cabinet, the Security Service of Ukraine, the General Prosecutor’s Office and the State Property Fund of Ukraine”.- said the People’s Deputy. According to Vasiliy Sirenko the Lisichansk Oil Refinery has to be returned to the state property on legal grounds and in a legal way.
