TNK-BP Commerce company performs the function of TNK-BP holding corporate center in Ukraine. The activities of the administrative office are directed to the implementation, within Ukrainian companies, included into ТNК-ВР group, of the unified corporate management standards, as well as to the exercising of control over their activities for the purpose of observance of regulations and rules for conduct of business activities, customary at all holding’s enterprises. Among other tasks of ТNК-BP Commerce there are carrying out of the coordinated investment policy and efficient use of assets.

The main efforts of TNK-BP Commerce are concentrated on implementing large-scale investment projects directed at developing the Lisichansk Oil Refinery and forming a sales network that meets state-of-the-art requirements in the realm of trade and services.

The company devotes special attention to ecological, occupational safety and health, environmental protection and industrial safety issues.
