As a management center, TNK-BP Commerce is responsible for introducing to Ukrainian-based TNK-BP companies the corporate management and control standards utilized throughout the entire company.

The TNK-BP group of companies in Ukraine is composed of:

• TNK-Ukraine-Invest Closed Joint Stock Company (Kiev);
• LINIK Closed Joint Stock Company (Lisichansk);
• Lisichansknefteprodukt Open Joint Stock Company (Lisichansk);
• Fuel-Filling Company TNK-Avia Limited Liability Company (Borispol);
• TNK-Donetsk Limited Liability Company (Donetsk) and other companies.
